Attend the site of the RTA with a view to preparing:-
Written locus description;
Series of photographs showing claimant's line of approach to locus;
Series of photographs showing defendant's line of approach if known;
Photographs showing general layout of locus;
Index to photographs;
Map of the locus;
Google aerial view of the locus; if not clear - sketch plan;
View/plan overlaid with photo points;
View/plan overlaid with vehicle movements.
If the locus is on a motorway, or the locus is on a road where a risk assessment would indicate it as too dangerous for static photographs to be taken
We are able to provide a Video Drive Through service.
This would show
the route taken by the client the route taken by the defendant (if known)This service may also be of benefit to show an extended route that could not be clearly indicated on sketch plans and static photographs.
